Midnight Sun 05:19
When the sun is outside I'll know where to hide Beneath my blankets on my bed just like yesterday It's easy to try but not while I'm lying on the ground But somehow I've found a way I need to waste some time Don't pay attention to everything and be kind Somebody's lost maybe for days Swimming pool in the backyard Waiting for my friends to come over They take too long so I fall asleep outside No one to rely despite my time getting heavy inside I'm sure I'll be fine When the sun is outside I'll know where to hide Beneath my blankets on my bed just like yesterday It's easy to try but not while I'm lying on the ground But somehow I've found a way You don't see my emotion But just look as we stand by the ocean And the sun sets beneath our eyes Let's dance the night away Pretty soon we'll grow and move today But at least we'll have the memory

It comes down to whether or not you know Someone with a ride so we can go to the show We are on the move The lake looks pretty nice when the sun abides It reminds me that I am alive Using time to take the dishes to the back How will I know when my life is on track Going online to buy strips of light It holds the room together and so worth the price Hold onto your minds don't let them get taken by the breeze Going away to find a better use of my time Try to take a break from the folding light It only creates the same thing one more time There are no empty lots anymore It wasn't worth it to keep the space Now there sits a place I can't afford Each day you choose to show But one time you find yourself in hiding And try to find a compromise Going online to buy strips of light It holds the room together and so worth the price Hold onto your minds don't let them get taken by the breeze Going away to find a better use of my time

Sun Cycle 05:28
Alone with stars reflecting on the water A preview of the ocean comes from underneath our time I've never been to this place before Even though this doesn't feel like a dream anymore I've come to find there's nothing in the dark Except that which makes my heart feel alive again Laying awake while the earth rotates And I feel myself falling back to sleep I've been singing for most of the day And my voice is getting tired But not so bad that I should pray I had a flashback to someone I knew It could be a blessing in disguise I began to fall in love in the summertime And so began what I thought would end And be left behind Laying awake while the earth rotates And I feel myself falling back to sleep I've been singing for most of the day And my voice is getting tired But not so bad that I should pray

Losing my time was as if by design Will I remember this when we all go away Looking at you only thinking how could this be true Does everybody have someone today I need to go outside Closing my eyes to what's real doesn't help What may take place will soon be revealed You promise to meet me in the field Because I can't tell how to steal anymore But for a while I could say I was self-assured Standing in line getting ready to find the time To embrace the sound from the stage Vibrations arrive inside my mind Losing my time was as if by design Will I remember this when we all go away Looking at you only thinking how could this be true Does everybody have someone today In a hotel down the street Where I'll stay just for one day only to go back home But at least I won't be alone We go up to the mountain And I don't know how far it goes But you know you'll disappear if you tell me so My car has broken down But not too far outside of town I could walk but instead I'll wave somebody down Losing my time was as if by design Will I remember this when we all go away Looking at you only thinking how could this be true Does everybody have someone today
